Junior Cricket
Junior cricket was re-established at Walls Hill in 2015, and since then we have regularly entered junior teams into the South Devon Youth league, playing competitive hardball cricket at various age groups. In 2019, we were indebted to Premier Park for their kind kit sponsorship. We cater for girls and boys of secondary school age for hardball cricket and offer softball ‘Kwik cricket’ to primary children aged 9-11 to introduce them to the basic skills. This season we will again arrange hard ball fixtures against other local clubs.
We currently offer the following provision:
Under 16(year 8 - 11) hard ball coaching, training and matches.
Under 13 (year 6 - 8) hard ball coaching, training and matches.
Under 11 (year 4 - 6) softball coaching and fun sessions.
We offer a pathway into open-age (adult) cricket through our 3rd XI for children aged 13+. For all enquiries about junior cricket, please use contact us to message the junior cricket coordinator.
